When your tools are reliable, your work gets done faster - and with less stress. At Park City Power, we don’t just sell great equipment. We support it. Whether you’re buying your first riding mower or need help with a generator that won’t start, our service team is here to make sure your equipment stays ready to perform.
We’re proud to serve our local community, and now, we’re making it even easier to get the help you need by expanding our pickup and delivery options to nearby towns. If you’re in or around Norwalk, Shelton, Trumbull, Fairfield, or Stratford, you can now take advantage of the convenience and care that sets Park City Power apart.
We Make Equipment Service Simple
When something breaks or isn’t running like it used to, the last thing you want is a confusing repair process or surprise charges. Our service department is here to make things straightforward.
We’ll take a look at most power equipment for a small diagnostic fee. Our technicians will identify the problem and let you know what’s worth fixing - and what’s not. If your machine has reached the end of its road, we won’t waste your time or money. You’ll get an honest recommendation, plain and simple.
And if you’re replacing old equipment with something new from us, we’ll even dispose of the old unit at no charge. It’s just one more way we try to lighten your load.
No Assembly Required
If you’ve ever bought a lawn mower or snowblower from a big-box store, you probably spent more time putting it together than you’d planned. And if you missed a step? That could mean damage down the line.
That’s why every new piece of equipment from Park City Power is assembled, tested, and ready to use before it ever leaves our shop. We want your new tool or machine to feel like a solution - not a project.
Whether you’re picking up a chainsaw or having a zero-turn mower delivered to your home, you can count on it being properly set up and functioning the way it should.
Pickup & Delivery That Works for You
Moving power equipment isn’t always easy - especially if it’s heavy, awkward, or no longer working. We offer pickup and delivery options for both repairs and new equipment to make your life easier.
- For repairs, there is a fee for pickup and drop-off. For new equipment purchases, like riding mowers or compact tractors, delivery is free.
This service is available to all nearby towns, and with our recent expansion, customers in Norwalk, Shelton, Trumbull, Fairfield, and Stratford can now enjoy this same convenience.
We Service What We Sell (and More)
At Park City Power, we stand behind the brands we carry- including SCAG, Ventrac, ExMark, Echo, Fradan, RedMax,and Ariens - but we’re also happy to take a look at other equipment you already own. If it’s fixable, we’ll fix it. If it needs a tune-up, we’ve got the tools. If it’s time to replace, we’ll guide you toward the best choice for your needs and budget.
